King Arthur: Legend of the Sword is the latest attempt at revitalizing the King Arthur story. Warner Bros has brought audiences a new take on the classic legend with an action-adventure film from acclaimed filmmaker Guy Ritchie (Sherlock Holmes). The film is from executive producers David Dobkin (R.I.P.D.), Jeff Kleeman (The Man From U.N.C.L.E.), and Bruce Berman (The Matrix). It is rated PG-13 with a run-time of 115 minutes and is available at major retailers nationwide in addition to Amazon.

King Arthur: Legend of the Sword Trailer:

DVD Synopsis:

Arthur was a wild young man who ran amok through the forests surrounding Londonium. Throughout his entire life, he had no idea that he was from a royal family that had been betrayed by their subjects. When he was still very young, Arthur drew the sword Excalibur from a stone and his royal heritage was revealed to him. But now he must find a way to dethrone the people who had killed his family and take back the crown that is rightfully his. With the help of a mysterious woman named Guinevere and her followers, Arthur puts together a band of knights to try and recapture the crown.

Our Thoughts:

King Arthur is a fast paced, action packed, visually stimulating movie with an incredible cast. Do not listen to the critics on this one - if you are a fan of Ritchie's Sherlock movies like we are.....then you will NOT be disappointed. You'll love this movie.
